The industry is looking for engineers, often unsuccessfully. One of society's big issues nowadays is: "Where are the engineers of tomorrow?" But many people are rolling up their sleeves and tackling the problem. We would like to contribute our share and introduce children and youngsters explicitly to science and technology.

The common vision of partners and initiaors of the non-profit organisation HANDS on TECHNOLOGY e.V. is to get young people enthusiastic about science and technology as early as possible and to take away their fears towards complicated technologies. They should learn facing up challenges with creativity, phantasy and team spirit and they should build up positive attitudes towards sciences and technology.

According to that vison, we are organising two different programmes for distinct target groups at the moment:

:: FLL - FIRST LEGO League Central Europe for kids between 10 and 16 years
:: WRO - World Robot Olympiad for teenagers between 16 and 18 years (exclusively Germany)
